Faithfully Kept is a cleaning company working across North Pinellas. The main line is recurring cleaning every week or two, with deep cleans and move-out cleans alongside it. We also check on empty houses while the owners are north for the summer, and turn rentals over between guests, because a house nobody is standing in still needs somebody to look at it.

Why we started Faithfully Kept
We’ve lived here in North Pinellas for about six years. During that time, we’ve tried more cleaning companies and individual cleaners than we’d like to admit.
What we learned is simple: finding someone who can clean a house is easy. Finding someone who will consistently care for your home the way you expect is rare.
We’re particular about cleanliness. We like our home spotless. We notice the details. We want our home to stay clean, not just look clean for a few hours after someone leaves.
And honestly, managing that became exhausting.
How many times do you have to explain the same thing?
How many times do you have to point out what seems obvious?
How many times do you have to walk through your own house showing someone where the dust collects, which surfaces need special care, and what needs attention before it becomes a problem?
Instead of having someone take cleaning off our plate, we sometimes felt like we were managing the cleaning.
A home isn’t a checklist. You have to learn it. You have to notice its patterns. You have to understand which areas need more attention and what it takes to keep it feeling clean throughout the year. We wanted someone who could see those things without being told every time.
When you invite someone into your home, you’re trusting them with more than floors and bathrooms. You’re trusting them around your belongings, your kids, your pets, and the little routines that make your house feel like home. That trust matters even more when young children are present.
We became careful about the products used in our home. We didn’t want strong chemical smells lingering. We didn’t want the wrong product used on the wrong surface. And we wanted someone who understood that being careful is just as important as being thorough.
We also wanted to know our home was in good hands, especially when we weren’t there. Preparing the house before family arrived. Resetting it after guests left. Coming home from a trip to a clean, calm space. Those moments made it clear how valuable it is to have someone you can truly rely on.

We’re building this as a local family business because we wanted the kind of cleaning company we could never quite find for ourselves.
We want the relationship to feel personal. We want to get to know each home and remember the details that matter to the people who live there.

What we do
The business is built around cleaning, and everything else follows from it. Recurring cleaning on a three bedroom, two bathroom home every two weeks is $180. Every other rate sits in the same table, sized by bedrooms and bathrooms rather than by the hour.
Recurring house cleaning
Every week, every two weeks, or every four. This is the main line of the business and the reason it exists. Priced by bedrooms and bathrooms rather than by the hour, so the figure you were quoted is the figure on the invoice.
Deep cleans and move-outs
A first clean on a house that has been sitting, and the empty-house clean once the furniture has gone. Both are priced on the same published card as everything else.
Home watch while you are north
Scheduled checks on a house nobody is standing in, and a photo report after every visit. We inspect, check, report and coordinate access, and nothing beyond that.
Turnover between guests
Short-term rental turnovers on a per-bedroom rate, with photographs of every room when we finish, so nobody has to drive over and look.
Six things you can check before you hire us
All six are on this site today, and none of them asks you to take our word for anything.
- The company is on the public record
- Faithfully Kept LLC was filed with the Florida Division of Corporations on 31 August 2026, document number L26000455921. You can look that number up on the state register in about a minute. It tells you the company exists and who is behind it, which is not the same as telling you what it carries, and the rest of this page is careful about that difference.
- The price, before you call anybody
- Every figure we charge is on the pricing page with no form in front of it. No competitor in this market publishes a working price, and that takes about five minutes to verify.
- A written scope of work
- Exactly what a clean includes, and an explicit list of what it does not. Agreed before anyone starts rather than argued about afterwards.
- The re-clean guarantee
- If anything is not right, call within twenty four hours and we clean it again at no charge. It depends on nobody but us, which is why it is the only guarantee we make.
- The home watch report format
- The exact format that arrives after every visit, published before you have paid anything. It is a blank of the real thing rather than a record of a job.
- Where we work, by ZIP code
- Every town and ZIP code listed by name, with a straight note about where we will and will not turn up in map results.
Why the price is on the page
Every company in this category advertises the same adjectives, and none of them answers the two questions a person actually has, which are what it costs and what exactly gets done. So both are published. A business hiding its price is asking for something it has not offered first.
Being new is the reason it is written this way. A company with no history has nothing to point back at, so it either asks you to take its word or it puts the checkable things in front of you. The second is more work and it is the better position, and it is why the rate card, the checklist and the re-clean policy all went up before the first job.
It is also why we are starting with a small number of homes rather than as many as will fit. A schedule is only worth having if every visit on it gets done properly.
