First visits, and moving out
The first visit on a recurring plan is priced as a deep clean when the home has not been professionally cleaned in the last 90 days. A move-out or move-in clean is priced the same way and includes inside the cabinets and the appliances, because that is what a landlord or a buyer checks. What a move-out clean covers, and when to book it against your date is written out in full, because on that one the date matters as much as the figure.

What a clean covers
What every visit includes
- Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop, outside of every appliance, cabinet fronts, floor
- Bathrooms: toilet, bath, shower, screen, tiles, mirror, sink, floor
- All rooms: dusted surfaces, baseboards, sills, light switches, door handles, mirrors
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout, including under what can be moved by hand
- Beds made, and linens changed if you leave them out
- Trash emptied and relined
What it does not include
- Inside the oven and inside the fridge, unless you add them
- Interior windows beyond sills and glass doors, unless you add them
- Exterior windows, gutters, roofs and anything needing a ladder above head height
- Laundry, unless you add it
- The garage, unless you add it
- Moving heavy furniture, or lifting anything a person should not lift alone
- Pet waste, biohazard, mold remediation and post-construction debris

What a whole season actually costs
A home, 1,501 to 2,500 sq ft checked every week through a six month absence is 26 visits at $85 each, so $2,210 for the season.
Spread across the whole year you own the house, that is $6.05 a day. Measured only against the days you are actually away it is $12.14 a day. Both numbers are here because they are different numbers, and you would work that out yourself in about a minute.
The national band for a five to seven month absence is $7 to $11 (SPEC 4) a day across the year.

- You are invoiced after the visit, not before it.
- Card, bank transfer, check or cash. No surcharge on any of them.
- No signup fee, no cancellation fee, no minimum term.
- Rates were last reviewed on the date shown at the foot of this page and hold for twelve months from it.
Questions people ask
- Is this the real price, or does it change after you see the house?
- It is the real price for the home size shown. We confirm the scope with you before the first visit, and once it is agreed the number does not move. If the home has not been cleaned professionally in the last ninety days, the first visit is priced as a deep clean, and we say that before you book rather than after.
- Why is the first visit more expensive?
- Because a first clean on a home that has not been done recently takes a lot longer than the visits after it. Pricing that visit as a deep clean is standard practice, and publishing the rule is how you avoid the quote-low-then-upcharge pattern the category is distrusted for.
- Do I have to sign anything, or commit to a schedule?
- No. Recurring visits cost less per visit because the work is lighter each time, not because you are locked in. You can change the frequency or stop at any point.
- What if the clean is not right?
- Tell us within twenty four hours and we clean it again at no charge. That is a promise we control entirely, which is why it is the one guarantee we are willing to make in writing today.
