Where we work

14 ZIP codes across two counties. 34688, 34681, 34683, 34684, 34685, 34689, 34655, 34677, 34698, 33755, 33759, 33761, 33763, 33765.

Four of those areas have a page of their own, because the housing stock, the way you get through the gate and the questions people ask are genuinely different in each one. The rates are identical everywhere. There is no surcharge for being further away, because we chose the service area and you did not.

Areas with a page

  • East Lake

    Pinellas County. ZIP 34688.

Mostly three to five bedroom single-family homes from the late 1980s through the mid 2000s, many of them two-story, most with a screened pool. Larger than the county average with more bathrooms per home, and bathroom count is the single biggest driver of what a clean costs.

  • Palm Harbor

    Pinellas County. ZIP 34681, 34683, 34684, 34685.

Anything from a two bedroom villa to a five bedroom two-story house with a pool. Tile and luxury vinyl through the main rooms, carpet in bedrooms, and a lanai that counts as a room when you are cleaning it and as an exterior when you are checking it.

  • Tarpon Springs

    Pinellas County. ZIP 34689.

Two to four bedroom homes, mostly single-story, spanning the early 1900s to the 1980s. More original material than anywhere else we work: wood, plaster and terrazzo rather than tile and drywall throughout.

  • Trinity

    Pasco County. ZIP 34655.

Mostly three to five bedroom single-family homes built from the late 1990s onward, in master-planned villages. Large-format tile through the main rooms, carpet in bedrooms, screened pools common, and layouts that repeat from house to house.

  • Oldsmar

    Pinellas County. ZIP 34677.

Detached houses outnumber attached villas roughly three to one across 34677, with condominium buildings and a land-owned 55+ community of manufactured and site-built homes in the mix as well. Most of it is one or two stories at ordinary ceiling heights, so a deep clean here is easier to quote accurately than one in the high-ceilinged stock north of here.

  • Dunedin

    Pinellas County. ZIP 34698.

Four types inside one ZIP code. Mid-century ranch houses on the streets around the golf course, early 1900s and Craftsman-era homes near Edgewater Drive and downtown, waterfront and near-water condominium blocks, and manufactured homes at roughly one dwelling in eight. Single story is the common case, which shortens a deep clean, and small separate rooms are the common layout, which lengthens it again.

  • Clearwater

    Pinellas County. ZIP 33755, 33759, 33761, 33763, 33765.

The single-family side is mostly one-story detached ranch housing from the 1970s and 1980s with attached villas mixed in at village scale. The other half is age-restricted condominium stock in blocks, one and two bedroom units running roughly 850 to 1,750 square feet. Ceilings are ordinary, second stories are uncommon, and the median resident age across 33761 and 33763 sits in the fifties.

Areas we serve without a page

We work in these and we quote them at the same rates. They have no page yet, and that is a decision rather than an oversight: both are cities with their own business tax receipt requirements that we have not yet confirmed, and writing a town page before settling the paperwork for that town is the wrong order to do things in.

    Two counties, not one

Most of what we cover sits in Pinellas County. Trinity does not. It is in Pasco, which is a separate jurisdiction with its own registration, permitting and hurricane evacuation zoning. Companies get that wrong constantly in their own service-area copy, and it is worth knowing which one you are in when you compare what anyone can actually show you.

Not sure whether you are in the area?

Send us your ZIP code and we will tell you straight away, including if the answer is no. We would rather say no than take a booking we cannot get to properly.
