Who you are dealing with

Faithfully Kept, trading in Palm Harbor, FL, contactable at hello@faithfullykept.com. The company behind that name is Faithfully Kept LLC, a Florida limited liability company, state document number L26000455921. That is who you are contracting with, and you can look the number up on the Florida Division of Corporations register.

Quotes and prices

• Published rates are real rates for the home size described, not starting points. They hold for twelve months from the review date shown on the pricing page.
• A quote is based on what you tell us. If the property turns out to be materially different from the description, we tell you the revised figure before we start work rather than afterwards, and you are free to say no at that point.
• The first visit on a recurring schedule is priced as a deep clean where the home has not been cleaned professionally in ninety days. This is stated before you book.
• Nothing is added to an invoice that was not agreed first.

Access and keys

• Whatever access you give us is recorded in writing, and it is used only to do the work you have asked for.
• We do not copy keys, we do not pass access to anyone outside this business, and we return or destroy it when you tell us to.
• If we arrive and cannot get in, and cannot reach you, it counts as a late cancellation under the cancellation policy.
• Where a community requires vendor registration, that is arranged before the first visit and we bear the cost of it.

What we will not do

• Anything requiring a ladder above head height, or moving anything genuinely heavy.
• Biohazard, mold remediation, pest treatment or post-construction debris.
• Renting a property out, arranging stays in it, handling rent or deposits, or acting as your agent. That work requires a Florida real estate license and this is a different business.
• Authorizing repairs or spending your money. On a home watch visit we tell you what we found and wait for your decision.

Payment

Invoiced after the visit, due within seven days. Card, bank transfer, check or cash, with no surcharge on any of them. No signup fee, no minimum term, and no notice period to stop.

Damage and liability

If we damage something, we tell you the same day with a photograph and we put it right. You hear it from us rather than noticing it later.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or faults we report to you and you choose not to act on.

Ending it

Either side can stop at any time, for any reason, with no fee. You settle any visit already done, we return your access, and that is the end of it. Florida law governs anything that cannot be settled between us.

Changes

If these terms change, the version that applies to your booking is the one published when you booked. We will not apply a new term retroactively.
