House cleaning in north Clearwater, priced on the page.
A three bedroom, two bathroom home every two weeks is $180. A two bedroom, two bathroom unit on the same schedule is $156. Nobody had to fill anything in to read that, and there is no separate Clearwater figure underneath it.
The area here is five ZIP codes rather than the whole city: 33755, 33759, 33761, 33763, 33765. Clearwater Beach and everything south of downtown sits outside it, and the reason is the length of the trip rather than anything about the addresses. It is also the reason one published rate can hold for everybody inside the band.
What follows is the work and what it costs: the table, the rule that decides whether a first visit is priced as a deep clean, what a reopening after a season away is worth budgeting for, and what a move-out comes to. If what you want is the place itself, the neighbourhoods and the year, the Clearwater area page has it.
| Home | One time | Every 4 weeks | Every 2 weeks |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 bed / 1 bath | $155 | $136 | $124 |
| 2 bed / 1 bath | $175 | $154 | $140 |
| 2 bed / 2 bath | $195 | $172 | $156 |
| 3 bed / 2 bath | $225 | $198 | $180 |
| 4 bed / 3 bath | $265 | $233 | $212 |
| 5 bed / 3+ bath | $310 | $273 | $248 |
Six bedrooms and up is quoted after a walkthrough rather than published. Weekly visits, add-ons and every other rate are on the pricing page.
Three things that decide the figure here
Each of these is checkable. Two of them come out of our own rate card and our own service area, which makes them true because we decided them, and the third one is the city's.
- Five ZIP codes, one table, no local variation: 33755, 33759, 33761, 33763, 33765. There is no Clearwater column in the rate card, no travel item in the add-on list, and no figure that appears only after you hand over an address. A three bedroom, two bathroom home is quoted here at the rate it is quoted anywhere else in the service area, and the area was drawn small enough that one published price can honestly hold across all of it.
- The first visit on a recurring plan is priced as a deep clean when the home has not been professionally cleaned in the last 90 days. That rule is not written for this city, and it is still the one that decides the first bill for anybody reopening a home here: a house shut in April and opened in the autumn has crossed the ninety day line by arithmetic, so the reopening is a deep clean and the recurring figure starts from the visit after it. Both numbers are on this page, so the first invoice holds no surprise.
- Clearwater does not permit a home in a residential district to be rented out for short stays. Its own wording excludes rentals "for less than 31 days or one calendar month, whichever is less". The towns around it draw that line in three different places: Dunedin at less than ninety days or three calendar months, Tarpon Springs on a six week definitional threshold rather than a minimum stay, and Oldsmar with no short-term rental prohibition at all, only boarding houses and bed and breakfasts barred as home occupations. What that means for cleaning is that the work at a residential address in these five ZIP codes is recurring household visits and seasonal reopenings, and not turnover between guests. That was the position captured in July 2026, so confirm your own address with the city rather than taking it from us.

Opening the place back up, and the one-off cleans
A house or a unit that has been closed since April is not dirty so much as still. Dust settles on everything at once, the air handler has been running to a thermostat nobody has touched, and whatever was left in the cabinets has spent five months at Florida humidity. The visit that fixes that is a deep clean, and for a three bedroom, two bathroom home it is $360.
The ninety day rule that puts a reopening in that column is stated up the page rather than discovered on the invoice, because the alternative is the quote-low-then-add-it-on habit this whole category is distrusted for. A home that has been kept up while it was empty is priced like any other first visit.
Selling, or handing a unit back? The move-out clean on that same three bedroom, two bathroom home is $394. It is the deep clean with the insides added, cabinets and drawers and oven and fridge, because those are what get opened at a final inspection, and this is the one clean judged by somebody who is not you. Schedule it once the furniture has gone, so an empty home is what gets the day.
One booking note. A reopening clean wants to happen two or three days before you land, and if the home sits in a building where the lift has to be reserved, that reservation can be the thing which decides the day. Tell us the arrival date when you book and we work backward from it.
What is deliberately not on this page
This page is the price and the few things that move it. Four things sit elsewhere so that this one stays readable.
- The written checklist
Every room in order, with the exclusions named as plainly as the inclusions, and the flat rate add-ons that pick up most of them.
- Clearwater as a place
The area page: which five ZIP codes, what the year looks like here, and both service lines side by side rather than one of them.
- Checks while the home is empty
Scheduled visits between April and the autumn, and the report format you get back after every one of them.
- Turnover between guests
Priced per turn by bedroom count, for addresses where a short stay is actually permitted.
Two honest notes to end on. This page is not built to win the map results in Clearwater and it does not pretend otherwise: the business works out of Palm Harbor, not out of this city, and what this page is for is being read by somebody who wants the figure before the conversation. And if the address turns out to be one of the ZIP codes outside the band, you will be told that the day you write, not after a first visit has been booked.
Questions that come up in north Clearwater
- Do you charge more because you are driving over from Palm Harbor?
- No. The table on this page is the same table the whole service area is quoted from, there is no separate Clearwater figure underneath it, and there is no travel item in the add-on list. The other half of that answer is the honest one: the drive is exactly why the area stops at five ZIP codes rather than covering the city.
- My address is in Clearwater but not one of those five ZIP codes. Will you come anyway?
- No, and you will be told so the day you write rather than after a date has been booked. The five are the band where the drive still works on a schedule that repeats every two weeks. Clearwater Beach and the ZIP codes south of downtown are a longer trip on every single visit, and a recurring price has to absorb that somewhere, so we would rather say no to the address than quietly build it into your rate.
- The place has been shut since April. Does the first visit have to be a deep clean?
- Usually, and the rule is published rather than applied at the till: the first visit on a recurring plan is priced as a deep clean when the home has not been professionally cleaned in the last 90 days. A home closed in April and opened in the autumn has crossed that line by arithmetic. Book it two or three days before you land rather than for the morning you arrive, so the place has been aired out by the time you walk in.
- Can you clean between guests? The place is in Clearwater.
- In a residential district, that is usually not what the home is allowed to be doing. The wording Clearwater uses excludes rentals "for less than 31 days or one calendar month, whichever is less", which was the position captured in July 2026 and is worth confirming with the city for your own address rather than taking from us. Where short stays are permitted, turnover cleaning is priced per turn by bedroom count and it has its own rate card on the short-term rental page.
Send the address and the bedroom count
Bedrooms, bathrooms, the ZIP code, and how often you want us, or the date you land if it is a reopening. You get the figure back in writing the same day, off the table above, and we will say plainly whether the first visit needs to be a deep clean before you commit to anything.
